Watch the skiers come down Keystone Mountain from the comfort of your living room and your private balcony. The balcony also features an electric grill. Spectacular views of the ski slopes, the babbling Snake River, and watch all sorts of wildlife like beavers, moose, and ducks among the Snake River wetlands. Centrally located just 200 yards from the Mountain House Base Area, this condo is a perfect getaway destination.
Relax in this second floor two bedroom condo in the spacious living room on the pull out sectional sleeper sofa in front of the roaring gas fireplace. New updates to the condo include a 40" flat screen tv, a fresh coat of paint, new vinyl flooring and all new furniture! The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home. Serve your family of 6 at the ample dining room table, additional seating for 4 people at the bar. There is even a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. In the evening, ease your muscles in one of the outdoor hot tubs and take in the stunning views of Keystone's night skiing lights brightening up the slopes.
The master bedroom features a new queen size bed on a custom handmade log frame and a flat screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a shower/tub combination. A large capacity humidifier is available for you comfort in the condo. The guest bedroom features a queen over queen bunk bed and a flat screen tv. The attached bathroom features a shower/tub combination. With the double size, memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room, this condo with sleep up to eight people comfortably, so this is a fantastic value for a condo only steps away from the nearest chairlift.
Centrally located in Keystone, you are literally on the Keystone Bike Path (see it from your balcony!), and just a short walk to many local shops, restaurants, and services. There are free bus stops within steps of this condo that will take you anywhere within Keystone Resort or Summit County. River Run Village is a half mile away, but there are shortcuts on the way to get you there in less than 10 minutes walking time.
Outdoor parking for 1 vehicle, private oversized ski closet, an oversized humidifier to keep you comfy, an electric grill on the patio and free wireless internet are included with your stay.
What to be aware of:
-- Here in Keystone, none of our units have air conditioning. The temperature cools off around 8 o'clock every evening, therefore an AC is not necessary.
-- This unit is on the second floor with no elevator. You will have to climb a flight of stairs to gain access.

Age and Occupancy Restrictions: You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent a condo from SkyRun. You will need to present a valid ID when you check in or you will be refused access to your condo. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at ANY TIME is equal to the number of people that is advertised as being able to sleep in beds in the condo. NO people beyond that number are allowed at ANY TIME. NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. No smoking of ANY kind. Rules: No Pets, No Smoking of ANY kind. You must follow the rules of the building you are in including noise, parking and common area use. Failure to comply with any rule listed here means an automatic $300 minimum charge to your credit card for cleaning ($1,000 for a house party, see below). If a fine is issued to the homeowner via the HOA due to non-compliance of the rules, you will be charged for any and all non-compliance fines. If you break the rules and do not comply after the first request by SkyRun, you will be asked to leave the property and you will forfeit the remaining balance of your stay. Parties: NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED. If there is a party in this condo (as evidenced by a noise complaint and/or calling of security or by large amounts of trash and destruction) you WILL BE CHARGED for complete clean-up and replacement for damaged items. This will be AT A MINIMUM $1,000. A party completely voids the damage waiver. If you intend to come and party, rent somewhere else. SkyRun is SERIOUS about protecting our condos so they will be perfect for our owners and responsible guests.Parking: Parking is limited at your specific property. Each condo/home is guaranteed 1 (one) parking spot at the specific property. Additional vehicles may be parked at the specific property in designated, first-come first-served guest parking spots. Please keep your vehicle count to a minimum. Please keep in mind that specific properties have a maximum height clearance on vehicles for underground parking. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS BE PARKED AT THE SPECIFIC PROPERTY OR IN ANY OF KEYSTONE'S OVERFLOW LOTS. DO NOT BRING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES OR TRAILERS.
