The Living area is air-conditioned and has a L shaped sofa-set that easily seats 4 persons, two ceiling fans , a coffee table , A 32” LG TV ( with Tata Sky) is provided to relax and enjoy some entertainment. The living area opens to a balcony which has 4 bamboo chairs to relax and has a view of the greenery and surrounding complex but does not have a pool view. A clothes stand is provided to dry clothes.
The Dinning area is complete with a glass Table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double induction, basic utensils, microwave, chimney, kettle, toaster and single door refrigerator. A 20 Liters Bisleri can is provided during your stay.
The Master bedroom is air-conditioned with a double bed with 2 side tables, ceiling fan , mirror, double door and single door wardrobe .The bathroom is attached with modern amenities. The bedroom opens up to a balcony with a view of the complex of Heritage Exotica complex next door. A washing machine is provided (to be used by housekeeping boys and long term guests only). An extra mattress is provided in the bedroom.
The Guest bedroom is air-conditioned with a double bed with 2 side tables, ceiling fan , a double door wardrobe with mirror , however it has two lovely windows overlooking Lush Greens with no balcony. The bathroom is attached with modern amenities. An iron board with iron is provided for the guests use.
There is a common swimming pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory . There is also a gym and covered parking space .

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
