One AC failed on one of the two days Jay stayed with us due to a National Power Grid outage as well as an internal fault. The generator is not designed to support large AC power demands so the AC became unavailable. Power was restored the following day.
We are unaware of any broken doors and windows- perhaps Jay can point out which rooms so that we can address this appropriately. Finally, we do not provide a cook but facilitate private arrangements between the guest and a cook if they wish to have their cooking done for them. We have spoken to the cook who says he prepared breakfast and remained on standby for lunch. He was then asked to leave at lunch time without preparing a meal which led to the negotiation.
Things can and do go wrong sometimes, so we encourage our guests to be forthright and discuss any issues with us immediately they occur so that anything requiring our attention can be dealt with on a real time basis to make their stay enjoyable. In all our reviews, the ratings demonstrate our commitment and determination to maintain high levels of service. We will continue to do so for the mutual benefit of our guests and our property.
