Rob Schuttler has been fortunate enough to call Whitefish, MT home for the past 13 years. After attending college at the University of Montana, he moved to Whitefish for what he thought would be a few months. A year at most! Like many, he fell in love with the people, the mountains and the Whitefish lifestyle. In 2003, determined to find a way to thrive in Whitefish, he got his real estate license and set in motion a passion to help folks find their piece of Montana. He never looked back. From that point on Rob realized that he loved to help people find their place in Montana whether it is their forever dream home or a cozy ski cabin for a week while on Christmas break. In 2013, Stumptown Vacation Rentals was created. He now has the distinct pleasure of helping clients realize their love for Montana every day of the year. . Sarah Carlson has been a Montana resident since 2001. She has spent most of this time focusing her energy on resort & recreational real estate and property management as well as enjoying all the beauty and treasures in the state. That code is 4830. You may use the single car garage and park Parking in the driveway. There is long term parking on the street. No permit is needed. Check-In/Check-out Check in is at 3PM on the day of your arrival. Check out is 10AM on the day you depart. Full check out directions are explained in the checkout section below. No Late Check Outs. Wifi username: Lakestream250 password: Montanaguest Cable Television All televisions are serviced by Charter cable providers. If you have any troubles, please feel free to ask, and I can come up to troubleshoot. Stereo System/Music Please make sure that noise levels are always at a reasonable level. After 10pm no loud music is acceptable. Amenities Provided 250 East 1st Avenue is stocked with kitchen, bath, and living amenities. Each bathroom has one shampoo and body soap. You will find all towels and linens needed at the property. If there is something you absolutely need that is not here please let me know and I will see if the owners will consider providing it to you. We have done our best to think of most things you will need during your stay. Please follow fire safety instructions when Fire Places operating. Noise Ordinance We have a strict noise ordinance of 10pm. We have many full time residents in the neighborhood and we want to make sure they, and other guests, are respected during your trip. Fines for first time noise ordinance violations apply up to twice your nightly rate. The second violation will result in eviction. Thank you for respecting everyone around you. Loss of Damage If anything in your unit is lost or damaged during your stay, your credit card will be automatically charged to replace any of these items. Emergencies or Issues If you have any emergencies or issues during your stay, please contact Sarah Carlson (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or Rob Schuttl(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN). If you should have a police of fire emergency, please call 911. Check-out Instructions Laundry If you get a chance, please place all the sheets, pillow cases, and used towels in a pile near the washer and dryer. Please don’t start there in the washer as cleaning service is not always done on the day of check-out. Garbage Please remove trash from all the trash cans and set in the garage. Please fill up the dishwasher with as many Dishes dishes as possible and start the dishwasher. Please place any remaining dishes in the sink. There are 2 sets of keys on the counter. Please Keys leave the keys when you check out. Lost keys are a $25 fee. We have the right to charge a late check out fee Late Check Outs of $25 for every half hour over check out. Due to the cleaners needing to clean for the next guests.
