Welcome to Paradise!

Simply one of the most coveted locations in all of Kailua Kona. This immaculately upgraded 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit enjoys stunning, unobstructed Kailua Bay and Hualalai views. Due to its location and orientation, it is one of the very few on the island that has a mountain, coastline, and ocean horizon view all from the same lanai. The vistas are truly spectacular. Enjoy breakfast on your lanai while watching the dolphins in the harbor and planning your day of nearby snorkeling, beach explorations and/or shopping in town. At the end of each day, marvel at the gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine as the lights of Kona twinkle in the distance. Listen to the waves, see the palm trees sway and keep a watch out for seasonal whales just off shore.

This unit is brand new to the vacation rental market! It has been tastefully upgraded and has a light, fresh, tropical feel. There are exquisite bamboo floors throughout and a fully upgraded kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, and stone countertops, fully stocked for everything you might need for your getaway. The nicely furnished bedroom is equipped with a King bed and ceiling fans. The clean, sleek, bathroom is complete with a newly remodeled walk in shower with charming tropical accents.

The Sea Village complex has one of the best reputations in town, having a wonderful walkable location and beautiful amenities, including an oceanfront pool and spa as well as a beautifully maintained courtyard complete with bbq grills and picnic tables. This is a lovingly and impeccably managed property. Charming tiki torches light your way in the evening to the central garden where the bbq's, picnic table, pool and spa are located. Unit 4303 is located close enough to the amenities but not so close to compromise the serenity and privacy of the lanai.

There is a 3 night minimum stay / 10 night minimum during Christmas & Ironman. This is a non-smoking, no pets property.

9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.

This place has great view, well equipped kitchen and bedroom. Communication was prompt and accurate. This place is located within 5 min of all the main dive/surf shops, and groceries and dinning area. You wake up to a beautiful ocean view every day. I would highly recommend this place.

Be careful about reservations and confirm with Kona coast immediately. The condo is comfortable and has a very good location on the water but doesn't afford alot of security.

We have a short time to accept reservations & make sure that you agree to our policies. We aren’t sure what was meant by the security comment; however, we believe our properties are more secure than most. This unit is on the third floor, plus the owner has upgraded the door lock to a keyless entry – meaning entry can only be gained by specific codes generated by our office. There is also a dead bolted security door that can be used independent of the main door. Again, thank you for your feedback & we hope to be able to accommodate you on future trips! Right in the best spot....awesome Oceanside patio....walk downtown or to beaches easy. Great decor! Several other airbnb places seen this trip and this was by far the best. Book it!

Beautiful property!! Perfect location! I'm pretty sure this unit has the best view in the entire complex, including an expansive ocean view with a local pod of dolphins that hangs out right off shore. The condo had everything that we needed for a short 3 night stay. We didn't cook or do anything really extensive, but seemed like everything was there that we would have needed had we wanted to. Parking was easy, getting in and out to all our various activities was also very easy as there are several routes to and from the complex to minimize your time in Ali'i Drive traffic. My only regret (as with any good vacation) is that I wasn't here longer! I could have easily spent several days just hanging out at the condo, enjoying the view... but the big island has so many other things to do, probably good to plan for at least a week if you want to do anything and have down time. The place was super clean and very comfortably appointed. We weren't sure how to use the A/C, but thankfully our January stay was perfectly comfortable with just the fans. We made the mistake of trying to sleep with the bedroom windows open the first night, and were just annoyed for hours at hearing our neighbors come in from their evenings, even when they were trying to be quiet. At some point we wised up and shut the windows and never heard anyone for the rest of our stay. We ran the ceiling fan, and that was plenty to keep us cool. WE LOVED how you could HEAR THE OCEAN the second you walked in the door! It was just a constant soothing sound you could hear from every room. Open the slider and its even louder. It was great! We sat on the balcony, spotted whales, dolphins, mongoose, geckos. It was phenomenal! Thanks for letting us stay here!

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
Kona Coast Vacations has been rated excellent by Trip Advisor in 2013 and 2014, and it appears Trip Advisor only offers ratings now, and we are sitting at 4.5/5.0 based on all the reviews since 2009.
We were voted the "Best Vacation Rental Agency" for 2015 and 2016- Best of Hawai'i - Lei Niho Palaoa Awards. We credit these great ratings to our reservations, maintenance and inspection teams.
