Our beach house offers multiple living spaces including a separate cottage with full ensuite amenities.
It is close to a safe bay beach and a fabulous ocean beach and national park, the best of both worlds. You’ll love Fintry because of its location, close to the Blairgowrie Village and a five minute drive to Sorrento township. It is ideal for families with kids and larger groups.

FINTRY HOUSE and COTTAGE
Developed with a high level of beachside comfort in mind, Fintry provides the perfect place to get away. Our home will provide you with very comfortable accommodation and fun days at the beach, or exploring the many other attractions found on the Mornington Peninsula.
You'll find 3 beautifully styled bedrooms in the main house - with a master having a King bed, a walk in robe, and double-basin ensuite, with full bath.
The second bedroom located upstairs also has a King bed and a baby's basinet is available on request. The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk over it. Both rooms have BIRs. A roomy bathroom is also located on this level.
The Cottage located in the rear garden, offers a private retreat with Queen bed and full ensuite, a lounge, TV and coffee/tea making facilities.
There are 4 separate living areas - each with their own features.
The main living area at entry level has a luxurious modular lounge that comfortably seats 7, a digital 40” smart TV with Netflix access, and Sonos sound system. Adjacent and up three steps is the cosy study area with open fireplace, well-stocked bookshelf and a very comfortable lounge/daybed which converts to double bed.
Between the lounge and kitchen is a dining table and buffet, seating for 6, which leads to the open plan kitchen with butler's pantry. All modern kitchen amenities are available to ensure your holiday time is spent on relaxation, not housework. A dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven are all conveniently placed.
Another living space with a huge day bed is located near the outdoor deck, itself having a table and 6 chair seating.
Upstairs, adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, is the second living area. Two comfortable couches (one converts to a double bed), 47" TV, DVD and access to the 'Sunset Deck' provide a great alternative space for whoever wants to get away from the crowd.
Throughout the house you'll find quality appliances and furnishings to give you the added comfort and ease you deserve on your holiday. Netflix and wifi are also provided for those who need to stay connected with the outside world.
Undercover parking is available for your cars in the double carport, with additional space for two other vehicles. The property is completely fenced and thus safe for the kids.

BEDROOM 1: King bed with linen and pillows, WIR, double-basin ensuite, full bath and shower.

These two bedrooms share a large bathroom.
BEDROOM 4: (THE COTTAGE) Queen bed, with linen and pillows, full ensuite, TV, lounge chairs, tea/coffee making facilities.
Powder room: Fourth toilet in centre of house, wash basin with mirror.
Living room 1: 7 seater couch, ottoman, coffee table, 42" television, floor-to-ceiling windows. Air conditioning and ducted heating available.
Living room 2: flowing on from the kitchen you'll find the dining table, 4 seater couch with chaise, the most comfortable arm chair in the world, and retractable sliding doors that bring the outside in, if you like.
These times can be flexible if booking calendar allows
Booking conditions are as follows:
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during high season
- Minimum stay of 2 nights during other times

Please respect the property and the neighbours for an enjoyable experience. Please leave the house as you found it as the cleaning fee covers maintenance and fresh bed linen, bathroom and kitchen accessories for your stay. Extra cleaning required following your departure will incur costs forwarded to you.
This is a NON-SMOKING house. Smoking must be outside and ash/cigarette butts appropriately discarded. Charges will apply for any cleaning, damage or other issues incurred.
Kindly take home excess rubbish to keep the property and environment clean for others. Bins are collected on Monday morning- please take them out if you depart on Sunday or if your stay includes Sunday night.
NO SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS PLEASE. The house is located in a peaceful residential street, perfect for people seeking to have a good time and relax. Disturbance of the neighbours may result in being asked to leave, and loss of bond.
