No more than four people( as listed) to sleep in the apartment at one time. Airbnb will be informed and the deposit will be retained should this rule be broken.
Kindly respect our home and its furnishings as if your own, leaving the space as you found it. Inventory and state of property will be agreed upon commencement of stay and in turn be expected by guests to be returned in a reciprocal condition.
Strictly no parties and anti-social behaviour, respecting at all times the neighbours and communal areas.
The property, building and rooftop recreational area is prohibited for any commercial, business or professional use.
Pedestrian access to the building via the 24hr security manned desk and lobby only. Use of the undercover parking strictly for vehicle access only i.e. not for pedestrian entry/exit under any circumstances whatsoever. Failing to comply with this rule may result in a penalty from Building Management or Body Corporate.
Bookings that are longer than 7 days will need to have the cleaning service ,clean the apartment once per week at the guests cost.
