Located in the Intermountain neighborhood of West Vail, about three miles from Vail Village, this three-level town home has easy access to the free Town of Vail bus routes. Free parking is available for two cars including a covered carport.
Great for entertaining and enjoying family gatherings, the second level has a wonderful open area containing the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, wood burning fireplace and 37” flat screen TV and DVD plus access to the deck with gas grill and table seating for 2. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the comfortable dining table that seats 6 guests.
The master suite is located on the third floor and has a king bed with 28” TV, DVD and private bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 are located on the entry level. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 18” flat screen TV. Bedroom 3 has a twin over twin bunk bed with twin trundle and 19” flat screen TV. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo.
Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided in the home for your comfort.
