This is a comfy, cozy and relaxing place to rest your head, make a big meal, or relax in the back yard. Tons of character throughout, from the "Box of Rain" lyrics carved into the kitchen wall to the Spanish clay bathroom tile to the lighted chimney closet to the the reclaimed marble countertops ... there's bohemian detail throughout. Maybe the best part is how close you are to the BEST Vermont has to offer, including that you're 1/4 mile from Red Hen Bakery! Wake up and walk or drive over for the most savory croissants, fresh-baked seeded baguettes, fresh-brewed Vermont Artisan Coffee with organic cream, local eggs ... you name it.
Easy drives to Montpelier (10 min), Waterbury (8 min), Stowe (25 min), Bolton (20 min), Burlington (30 min), Mad River Valley (20-25 min), Kingdom Trails (1 hr 10 min). Montreal is 2 hours away. You're so close to Pro Pig, The Alchemist, Craft Beer Cellars, Hunger Mountain Co-op, New England Culinary Institute, Sugarbush, Mad River Glen, Blueberry Lake, Waterbury Reservoir, swimming holes, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, everything Vermont!

Would you like a 4-pack of the coveted Heady Topper in the fridge? A charcuterie plate with Jasper Hill cheese? A prepared Vermont meal you just have to microwave? A yoga class reserved? A stand-up paddle class? A beer tour? Maybe you are having a girls weekend and want a semi-private yoga class in the back yard. Discounts on indoor cycling classes? Private mountain bike tour? This house is located right near Route 2, so there is some road noise.
Appliances include an electric stove/range, microwave, drip coffee maker (you'll need ground beans).
There are basic kitchen supplies (plates, flatware, cups, some cooking utensils).
Outdoor grill isn't working at the moment.
The TV is Roku, you can sign into your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu accounts (just don't forget to sign out before you leave).
This house is a truly a home, and it's an old farmhouse, so please expect a cozy, relaxed environment versus a sterile, hotel-style feel.
