The courtyard is semiprivate, shared with the one bedroom carriage house rental found on the other side of the courtyard above the garage. Your party will have its own private compound if you also choose to rent the carriage house, which is a detached/separate unit. The carriage house is separate and can be booked on Savannah Luxury Rentals.

You may have noticed in the booking agreement or house rules that we had a phrase regarding “eviction without a refund” if the quiet hours rule is violated. We have this rule not because we came up with it ourselves or want to sound inhospitable. We have it because the City of Savannah government has ongoing community pressure and legal ordinance updates regarding vacation rental homes and their prevalence (large numbers) downtown. The full time residents do not enjoy living next to one long party. The eviction phrase is literally required by and included in the City ordinance short term rental licensing application paperwork.
Savannah Luxury Rentals has an excellent reputation in town for managing guest behavior and not hosting the rowdy groups so neighbors don’t hate living next to registered vacation homes managed by us. Help us keep it that way!
We as owners and managers LOVE our guests and want them to have a great time while staying. But we also understand why full time residents who are neighbors living inches away from our porches and courtyards cannot tolerate living next to one long back to back best night of someone else’s life. We understand why the City has to issue rules requiring us to keep our guest’s behavior in check and allow neighbors to enjoy a normal quality of life.
Every guest is typically here to enjoy friends and family with laughing, talking and drinking until late into the night being a pretty common theme. This has to occur INDOORS after 9pm and even indoors care must be taken not to violate the quiet hours (music must be turned low or off, no rowdy behavior, etc).
If you stay outdoors socializing at night you are putting yourself at high risk of causing a complaint. If we get a noise complaint we will attempt to contact you to give a warning (2nd chance) first but if that does not immediately solve the problem then we cannot risk losing our right to rent for less than 30 days. Bad behavior from one group of our guests can affect our entire business and industry, as well as the owner’s rights to rent short term at the address for ONE YEAR, or possibly forever. So we take this seriously. We can and will evict if a group is too loud and rowdy. Savannah police attend vacation rental evictions and we assure you we do not want to spend our evening handling one of those so please make sure everyone in your group reads this message. Remember this even when arriving home or walking to and from cars late at night. Other people very near you are not having a super awesome getaway with their friends or family. They are sleeping in their homes and it is a regular night for them. Thank you in advance for your respect and understanding.

The advertised rates are for lodging purposes only. The occupancy limit is strict. No parties/events allowed without specific written permission and extra fees paid. In the Historic District the homes are very close to one another and noise travels easily to neighboring residences.
