We had a great time staying in Jacqueline's home mid-August. The place was beautiful, and somewhat secluded (which is what we were looking for). We felt like we had our privacy, which is sometimes lost renting vacation homes. There was enough cutlery, and other essentials, where we didn't have to buy much from the stores (which were only about 20 minutes away). We enjoyed swimming and fishing in the lake. The porch is beautiful and we spent a lot of time relaxing and lounging, taking in the scenery. We didn't venture much out of the house, besides hiking (Salt Springs Park) and errands. We don't have any complaints. We had our 3 year old with us, and he enjoyed the time immensely. Just for awareness for other families, there were a lot of beautiful, antique-looking pieces on display. It wasn't a problem for our little one, but could be if you have younger, or a few kids in the same house. Also, in order to get into the lake, you have to go through the mud. Again, not really a problem for us (our 3 year old loves "muddy puddles") but could be for others. Thanks again for an amazing time!
