Our place is close to UNC-Chapel Hill and Duke University. Also, very accessible to I-40, shopping, restaurants and dining, art and culture. You’ll love our place because of the people, the outdoors space, and the privacy. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, sport enthusiasts, prospective UNC and Duke students, parents of college students, and business travelers.
A studio apartment above the detached garage with private entrance. There is a double bed, futon sleeper sofa, and a pack and play crib if needed. The full bath has shower/bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electric frying pan, electric tea kettle, and coffee machine (NOTE: there is NOT a stove top/oven). Please note that the apartment is not handicap accessible. Also, the apartment is directly over our 2-car garage. If either garage door goes up (or down), you will more than likely hear it in the apartment and be forewarned - we are both pretty early risers. A parking spot is directly outside the apartment.
Disponible para huéspedes
Wifi access and cable television are provided in the apartment. Coffee and a snack basket will be provided on the first night of stay. No access to laundry.

Reminder that we're early risers and you will more than likely hear the garage door go up and down in the morning. Also, for those requesting a long term stay, the apartment does not have an oven/stove top.
Ours is a quiet neighborhood and we're health conscious folks. Absolutely no partying or smoking. Also, anyone staying for 7 days or longer will be charged an additional $50 clean up fee.
We are both retired from UNC and have lived in the Chapel Hill/Durham area for over 30 years. We love welcoming newcomers and sharing stories with those who have been here before. We are avid cyclists, runners, and hikers, and are happy to share our favorite routes with visitors.
