I guess it can be hard for a guest to leave an honest review, if they can not be a good guest themselves. This is a case of a guest wanting everything, paying nothing, and still not being satisfied. I went out of my way to make Hya feel welcome. I allowed her to change her reservation three times, gave her a deep discount on her stay, told her ahead of time I had no assigned parking space (and when I met her she had no problem finding a parking space), allowed her to extend her stay until the afternoon free of charge even though my cleaning lady and I were awaiting to get into the apartment, provided her with everything she needed including fresh towels, toothbrushes, and shampoo, the place was immaculately clean, was in constant contact with her to ensure she was happ and there was no odor. Sometimes, when you live in an apartment building smells from other apartments can drift around but anything out of the norm or horrific? No. this is a case of a guest that just can not be satisfied and takes advantage of a host.
