This was a pretty decent place. My friend and I came to town for a festival and it was a pretty good home base for the weekend. It is a condo within the Sonesta hotel so you have access to the hotel pool and stuff. Within the apartment it was barebones. Only sheets were provided but it wasn't cold enough to need anything more anyways. Also the only soap in the whole apartment was one inch of dishwashing soap. There was no hand soap at any sinks (well, there is soap in the bathroom now cuz I bought some to leave there) or broom and mop for me to tidy up with before leaving and the soap dispenser was empty in the shower. The trash cans had no liners in them. Also only two toilet paper rolls provided so we had to buy our own. Lastly when I extended one more night, I was charged more for that night then all the others, as though I paid the fees twice or they just charged more despite it being an extension and not a new res? In fairness to the renters the last point I probably could have fought but I was just too tired post surgery and with some broken bones to have to pack and move so I just put up with it. Overall I felt that it was fine if a bit barebones, lackluster and nothing really special. The apartment was ok since we didn't book til the last minute for a very busy weekend in Miami but there are way, way cuter air bnbs for less in Miami. I wouldn't be upset about having to stay here again but it DEF wouldn't be my first choice. Nice pool and private patio though.
