Whilst renting, you will have sole access to the ground floor apartment, which is pavement floor level nd the floor below (basement with windows) there are 3 bedrooms in the basement, with further sleeping arrangements in the study or Dining room, if required.

There are parking restrictions, with this property being located just within the town centre boundaries. There are a few 2 hour parking bays in the street and a single yellow line directly in front of the property, which can be parked on at any night of the week between 6pm to 8am for free. 200 meters walk away are unrestricted residential roads that can be parked on for Free, however for a longer stay, there are 5 main car parks in the town. The cheapest with most availability is the Cattle Market carpark ( PE9 2WB ) with 310 spaces and costs £4 per day, between 8am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. With Sundays and Bank Holidays are free of charge. This is a pleasant 6 minute walk away across the Stamford meadows and bridge. Unloading and Loading the car directly outside the property is acceptable for around 10-15 minutes by the local traffic wardens.
