Beautiful Victorian 2-bedroom flat in trendy Stockbridge. Just 15 minutes walk from Prince's Street, with easy access to very regular buses, this bright and airy flat (my home) is perfect for exploring the foodie haven of pretty Stockbridge and the rest of Edinburgh. Just a few doors down from Tom Kichin's restaurant The Scran and Scallie, artisan coffee shops, farmers market, patisseries, vintners, cheese shops, cosy pubs and minutes to Botanic Gardens and Modern Art Galleries.
A two-bedroom property on the second floor of a Victorian tenement. This is my own home but I will be staying elsewhere in the city. The flat overlooks playing fields and Inverleith Park at the front and gardens and cobbled streets at the back. There is access to a shared garden and a buzzer entry system. The first bedroom is bright and sunny with a double bed, dressing table, and wardrobes (space will be cleared for your own clothes). The second bedroom is a study with a mezzanine level bed accessed by a spiral staircase that I use when guests are staying with me. The bed on the platform is a double memory foam mattress. It's comfortable and stable on the platform but perhaps not suitable for a very tall person! The kitchen is small but well-equipped and the bathroom has a shower and bath. Decor is bohemian with lots of books and pictures.

You will have the entire flat to yourselves and space to store your clothes in the wardrobes. I can be flexible with check-in and check-out times so please contact me if your requirements differ from what I've listed. I'm happy for you to bring pets with you to stay in the flat.
