It's a Private 1 bedroom garden apartment in excellent condition. Our place is close to Coogee Beach, Randwick Village, University of NSW, Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Chat Thai, Café X74, City Bus Stops,. It's great for couples and solo business or adventurer guests.
An easy level 12 - 15 min walk to Beach. Great Restaurants and Cafés are close by.

Extra blankets and pillows are provided for your stay, ample storage with large floor to ceiling built-ins, and plenty of hangers and drawer space.
We provide both the Queen size and an extra Single size bed in the Bedroom.
Freshly laundered bath towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner. hair dryer are provided.
Kitchen and Dining:
Fully-equipped kitchen and dining area....or just step out the back door into the courtyard and fire up the gas BBQ for a no-fuss meal.
Toshiba LCD TV with DVD player and some DVD's, an AM/FM Radio and CD player, 2 seater Lounge and Coffee table.
There is a Laptop-ready desk and high-speed wireless internet connection . Please consider that there are downloading limits however....
You have access to your own laundry with washing machine and some washing powder are provided. There is also an outside retractable clothes line. Our expectation is that as we have provided our guests with 2 sets of clean linen and towels etc they are then responsible for their desired ongoing cleaning of these items until check out time.

The apartment opens out onto a rear deck, large courtyard, and landscaped garden. We have provided a BBQ & barbecuing utensils for you to use during your stay, so you can stroll back from an afternoon at the beach and spend a relaxed summer's evening having dinner under the stars.
There is free on-street parking available in the area on both Coogee Street and Courland Street. Secure undercover parking may be organized for guests at an additional cost for longer stays. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange this for prior to your stay.

We live on site in another apartment in the building so we are available to assist when needed.
Our place is all yours for the period of your booking, but we are very easy to get a hold of should there be anything you need during your stay. Please understand however that this is primarily a family area and not one for the loud party goer.
We just hope you will love the place and enjoy this Coogee Randwick area as much as we do, and we are more than happy to help you out with local knowledge and any questions you may have during your stay.
Otros aspectos destacables
This is a really special and mostly newly renovated garden apartment with plenty of character, high ceilings, floating timber floors and lots of beautiful natural light. Due to it's aspect, it is naturally nice and cool throughout the Sydney summer. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom if it gets stifling hot however. We provide a heater in the living room for winter warmth. The kitchen and bathroom are not new but both are in excellent condition.
I often get asked about the security deposit; here is the official Airbnb description of how it works:
"How does Airbnb handle security deposits?
Hosts can add a security deposit to their listing, as long as they add it before a reservation is booked.
If a host wants to make a claim on the security deposit, they must do so within 14 days of the checkout date or before a new guest checks in, whichever is earlier. If a claim is made, Airbnb will mediate and collect payment from the guest, as necessary.
Security deposits can't be handled off-site in cash, as off-site payments are a violation of our terms.
What happens if a host makes a claim on my security deposit?
When you book a listing with a security deposit, your payment details are stored but not charged or authorized for the deposit unless the host makes a claim. The host has 14 days from your checkout date to make a claim on the deposit for damages to their property.
What to expect if a host reports damages
If your host makes a claim on your security deposit, here’s the process that will be followed:
1. We'll ask for documentation from the host, and as soon as we receive it, we'll ask them to contact you through Airbnb’s Resolution Center to discuss the claim. If your host sends you a request, you'll be notified by email and through an alert on your Dashboard.
2. Reply to your host's request in the Resolution Center within 72 hours. Your response will depend on whether or not you agree to the amount requested by the host:
* Agree to the amount: Click Accepting the Resolution Center. We'll process your payment and send it to your host, which usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
* Don't agree to the amount: Click Involve Airbnb in the Resolution Center and let us know why you think your host's claim is invalid. We'll contact you and give you 72 hours to respond to us so we can mediate.
In any case, we'll make sure you and your host are represented fairly and gather any details and documentation needed to reach a resolution. Most security deposit claims will be resolved within one week.
Documentation from Hosts
Communication through email is required in order to collect needed documentation from the host, which will include photos and/or video along with receipts, invoices, written estimates, or links to comparable items denoting actual cash value for repair or replacement. If we determine money is owed based on documentation and communication from both parties, we will move forward with collecting from the deposit. We reserve the right to collect payment from you using the payment details we have on file."
You must take care while occupying this newly furnished apartment. We just ask that you don't smoke inside or outside and that you treat our place like you would your own. Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
For stays longer than one week, guests are provided with a change of linen/ towels and cleaning products for self servicing.
Please inform the host of any breakages, damages, faults, asap so we can replace or repair.
Cost of breakages, damage, and excess cleaning that guests are responsible for will be deducted from the security deposit.
This has been our family home for more than 20 years. We've raised 2 children here and now they are all grown up, we realised the home was too big. We love living here however so rather than downsize and move elsewhere we decided to sub divide and create room to provide a private unit for others. Airbnb has provided us with the perfect vehicle to meet people from all parts of the world which we love being keen travellers ourselves.
