A charming and centrally located small guest house just blocks from the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, and a ten-minute drive from downtown and NAU. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a one-kid family. As a couple who loves Flagstaff and the greater Colorado Plateau, we are so excited to share this space and our mountain town with travelers.
The Elm House is a small, charming back house with full amenities. The parking is private to the Elm House with your own access. The Elm House has a full kitchen, and we provide coffee and tea for guests. There is a main bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed, as well as a futon located in the living room. The bathroom is small, but very comfortable with a large shower. We just designed and built the space and are excited to share it with travelers.
We have lived in Flagstaff for the last five years, and love the town and the greater Southwest. If asked, we are available to answer questions about the Grand Canyon, provide trip recommendations, and also help you plan your stay to Flagstaff. Otherwise, we'll give you total privacy beyond helping you check-in.
Blake and Anne Mariah have lived in Flagstaff for the last five years, and love both Flagstaff and the Colorado Plateau. We are outdoor people who love to climb, hike, ski, spend time outside, and explore - especially in the Grand Canyon. Blake is an adventure photographer and videographer and Anne Mariah is a public interest environmental lawyer whose work involves protecting this beautiful landscape. Outside of work and playing outside, we like cooking (and eating) good food, raising our chickens, attempting to grow a garden with mixed results, and spending time with our friends.
