Beautifully remodeled, fully equipped studio, with amazing views of Diamond Head, the ocean and Kapiolani Park. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private lanai or afternoon cocktails watching the sunset. The unit is close to world class shopping, award winning restaurants, coffee shops and of course Waikiki Beach.

The studio is located in the Waikiki Grand Hotel, just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki and about 20-25 minutes from airport.
The studio is completely remodeled with one full bath. The condo features a queen size bed with a new mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.

There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has brand new AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV.

You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park.

Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views

You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool, front desk and security and boarding pass printing station. The building also has a nail salon as well as a concierge kiosk, where you can book some activities on the island.

There are many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.

Award Winning Teddy’s Bigger Burger is located on the first floor of the building, Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.

There are also many equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC stores are minutes away as well as a 24 hour fitness center overlooking the ocean.

Transportation and Parking:

Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.

Parking is available in the building, the daily rate is $17/day There is metered parking at the zoo across the street as well as free parking around nearby Kapiolani park.

Smoking and Pets are not permitted.

Julia made it a very easy and smooth process in checking in and her communication was great. The location is fantastic just off the main strip and a minute walk to the beach. We had an incredible time in Waikiki and can't wait to be back! David

Great location across from the Honolulu Zoo (which can also be used for parking), and the beach! We had a wonderful stay in this quaint little room!!!

Just checked out of Julia's unit and I am thrilled with our choice. It is in a prime Waikiki location with walking distance to everything and bus stops outside the door or 500m down the street! Julia is quick to respond to any inquires you may have. The a/c works great which is nice for sleeping. The unit is smaller but has plenty of room for two people and their luggage and would recommend it versus staying in a pricy hotel and not to mention you're not there during the day. The unit is clean with a great little kitchenette for cooking a few meals in. There is a coffee pot, kettle, toaster and a few pots and pans with basic essentials like salt & pepper, cooking oil as well as coffee to get you through your first day or so until you can get to a grocery store. The Lanai is great for having your coffee in the morning, looking toward the beach and Diamond while watching the area wake up! Julia also provided plenty of bath towels and a couple of beach towels so no need to pack yours! There are also beach chairs which I worked great for us! Parking: If you choose to get a car which I highly recommend even for a couple of days I found the cheapest rental at the airport. A $2.50 bus fare and roughly and hour can get you back to the airport. You can pay $20/night to park in the condo underground lot or park along Monsarrat Ave. for free. We parked on the avenue which is a short walk to the building and didn't have any problems Food: Food is very expensive in Hawaii, especially fruits and vegetables. You can get staples like bread and eggs at the local ABC store or walk to the Food Pantry which is maybe a 15 min. walk. I would recommend going to Safeway which is maybe 3 miles north of the building, Walmart which is a 30 min. bus ride or even driving out of Waikiki for the cheapest food prices. There are lots of great restaurants for those who like to eat out. The Moose McGillicudy's has great food and drinks, also Teddys Better Burgers in the building has great burgers and shakes! My favourite was Ono Seafood Hawaii ... greatest Poke around. I recommend trying their Spicy Ahi, delicious! Things to do: We didn't do much touristy stuff but would recommend Pearl Harbour, some easy hiking at Diamond Head, and a sunrise hike on Makapu'u Lighthouse trail. If it's not to windy would recommend snorkelling. Definitely recommend a drive around the island seeing Lanikai or Kailua beach (1hour from Waikiki) as well as driving up along highway 83 seeing the north shore. And finally a mountain drive on H3 and highway 61, both have break taking views! In order to see some additional local places I would recommend renting a bike for a day, it's another great way to...

This place was great! It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The chairs, umbrella and beach towels were a plus.

You can't go wrong with this unit. It's located across from the zoo and park just two doors down from the main drag of Waikiki inside Waikiki grand hotel, a small very friendly hotel. Sitting on the balcony you will see Diamonhead to the left and the beach to the right. The apartment is clean and well stocked and feels like home.

Well appointed, clean, nicely decorated space. Loved the kitchen. Checkin was a breeze. The apartment is two floors above a nightclub that goes until 2am. The noise level varies. Great for the right match. Can catch bus to airport ( and anywhere else) right outside the building. Walk 1 block to beach or zoo, so very central. Very pleasant space to be in.
