Stylish freestanding duplex with views of Sydney Harbour, towards Rose Bay, The Harbour Bridge, and Opera House are all in sight.

Within an exclusive community, the address is 7 Clairvaux Road, Vaucluse. A quiet location and just a stroll from Vaucluse Village shops, and coastal walkways, entry is through a private security gate and walkway. There is one off-street car space.

Fully self-contained accommodation with air-conditioning, Foxtel TV channels, and the internet included. Close to public transport.

The top level of the duplex will be all your's, featuring free-flowing interior living areas and a private outdoor entertaining balcony with BBQ. Adjoining the oversized kitchen is an open sitting and breakfast area, with a double pull out sofa bed.

There is a spacious and modern bathroom with a spa bath, there are two toilets.

The master bedroom on the same level is furnished with a King sized bed, single sofa bed and the room has a walk in wardrobe.

The office is sun filled with amazing views and one flight of stair's above the living area, it is converted into a bedroom, with a queen-sized pull out sofa bed & an outdoor area, creating a private space and sleeping area for two extra guests.

This is free-standing duplex style, house accommodation. You will have full use of the top level (bottom has a permanent tenant) and one off-street parking space.

Feel free to contact me (your host) in advance of your stay to arrange any extras/comforts you may require, I will let you know then of any extra cost that will be incurred.

Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive detailed information regarding, key collections, and contact phone numbers if you need any assistance during your stay.

There are three key collection options for you to choose from:
1. Your keys can be held for you at a Kingsford office (en-route between the airport and Sydney city). 24-hour collection

2. Central location, Darlinghurst. 24-hour collection.

3. A representative for the apartment can meet you at the property address to pass keys, and familiarize you with your accommodation (option 3 = fee applicable)

Your accommodation will be clean and fully serviced, ready for your arrival.

There will be a starter pack for your use, including shampoo, soaps, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk, if the starter pack run's out, it will be up to you to purchase your extra supply.

On departure simply leave the keys locked inside the property.

- Please be aware of the following Terms and Conditions and that as a guest you have acknowledged by clicking on 'request to book' via Airbnb that you are confirming that you understand the following Terms and Conditions and your guest responsibilities under the 'house rules'! Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is from 2pm, check-out time is by 10:00am. If you require a late check-out, please advise at least 24 hours in advance and your host will do the best to satisfy your request, although this cannot be guaranteed. Keys can be collected from an Kingsford office (en-route between the airport and Sydney city), or alternatively your host can arrange to have you met at the property on arrival, however, this service may not be available at certain times and a charge will apply for this service. Guests are required to phone representative 1 hour prior to arrival, without exception. This is to ensure that there is someone available to serve you. Your host takes no responsibility for waiting times when checking in. Your host may be acting solely as a booking agent for certain properties. In these instances, you will be provided with the appropriate arrival/departure information. The host takes no responsibility for the actions of the accommodation provider. Guests Responsibilities: It is the responsibility of every guest to read and abide by these terms and conditions. It is further the responsibility of every guest to abide by the following ‘Guest Conditions’. a) Unless reported at the start of a guests stay the most recent guest will be held responsible for any breakages and/or damage to the property and its contents. If not reported the host will charge a $90 administration fee on top of the replacement/repair cost of the damage. b) Loss or theft of any item is also the responsibility of the guest. This includes the loss or damage of keys, security passes and car park remotes. Any expense will be passed onto the guest. c) It is the responsibility of all guests to report any issue with the property in which they reside. This includes any disturbance, damage, loss or any possible criminal matter. After hours contact numbers will be provided. d) Guests are required to show due care and ensure that doors & windows are locked at all times when not in use. e) Guests should be aware that in most situations there will be neighbours who permanently reside in the building and/or local area. Guests are required to respect the right of every person to have quiet enjoyment of their property. f) Guests are required to behave in a sensible manner and to keep any noise to a low level between the hours of 11:30pm and 6:30am every night of the year. g) Guests are expected to keep the property at a level of cleanliness that could be considered acceptable to an average person. Any unnecessary damage resulting from poor cleanliness will be the responsibility of the guest and charges will apply. h) Guests are expected to leave the property in a condition that would be considered acceptable to an average person. If cleaners are required to make additional charges these will be passed onto guests. i) The host reserves the right to deny occupancy to any guest at any time before or during their stay. No full or part refund will be provided unless agreed to in writing. j) The host will charge an hourly rate for administration and workload resulting from guests not abiding by the above conditions. This rate will be provided upon request. k) The host is under no responsibility to contact a guest before lodging any charges, however the host will typically endeavour to do so, and to have these charges finalised within 30 days of departure. l) "Pets" are not allowed. m) The number of tenants must not exceed the maximum number allowed, as shown on the booking form provided by the guest. If a property is reported to be overloaded the tenants will be asked to vacate with no refund made. n) This property is privately owned. Please respect the owner’s property and do not remove furniture or move furniture around. o) The description of the premises, position and furnishings are to the best of the host's ability and are in good faith. No responsibility or refunds for alleged misrepresentation can be accepted. p) Guests must take all garbage to the appropriate bins on departure. Air-conditioning must be off, used dishes & glass ware loaded into the dishwater and ensure the door is locked on exit. q) It is the responsibility of all guests to read all information provided when checking into the property. r) Property is non-smoking. s) The property is to be used for the sole purpose of accommodation. Parties, gatherings, meetings, photographic shoots, commercial use or any other non-accommodation use is strictly forbidden. t) Should any of the above responsibilities not be adhered to, additional charges will apply.
