Brilliant stay here... perfect location and cheap taxi to get to the centre. Apartment was over 2 floors with a homely feel. Clean and tidy. Neal was very responsive even with a late booker myself. Thank you again and when returning you will be using you again.

Great location but noisy being that you face a busy street. Poorly kitted out as reported in previous reviews. I had high hopes of all these inadequacies being addressed before our visit , sadly didn't happen. In serious need of decent pillows! From checking reviews it's obvious that this place works great for a single guy but for a couple that likes to cook a bit and be a bit more comfortable (new sofa pleeease!!!) it lacks some basic comforts of home. That being said Neal responded quickly to a plumbing issue.

Neal was a great host and couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. We felt that the apartment was great value - it had everything we needed, was well located (see more below) and the secure dedicated parking is a fabulous bonus for guest with a car, as was the easy access from the motorway. The 10 min walk along the marina and over a pedestrian bridge into the city was easy and pleasant (or buses stop close by). It's a 5 min walk to the SSE Arena or the Titanic attraction. A Spar convenience store and a coffee shop are in the apartment complex. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but Neal is aware/sorting them out. The apartment is by a road but we didn't have any issue at all with noise or privacy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment great host great location. Security and parking first class. Neal was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely use again and would recommend his place for visiting this part of Northern Ireland.

I'm a full time 'mature' student studying International Politics and work part time in insurance.

I live within 5 minutes of all these apartments and I am contactactable by phone or email throughout your stay. That said I prefer to take a hands off approach and allow guests to enjoy their stay uninterrupted.

My colleague is an experienced estate agent and you will have access to both of us throughout your stay.

Whilst we have minimum booking requirements, in off season (October-March) we may be open to reducing duration of weekday/weekend bookings depending on availability.
