The house is only 5 minutes walk to the beach & town centre and only 1 minute from a large s/market It is within a gated community & La Cala is great for holidays with a beautiful beach, 7km stretch of beach boardwalk to Calahonda & lots of bars and restaurants. Several bars have live music. There is a market twice a week & several supermarkets within easy walking distance so a car is not necessary. Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive & an excellent bus & train service from Malaga to Marbella.

There is a good bus service to Fuengirola and Marbella but La Cala has all the amenities needed.

Car hire is recommended if guests plan to explore the whole Andalucian region but wouldn't be needed if a family beach holiday is all that is required as there is a very good bus service available along the coast.
