Our place is on Lake Travis, with lots of water activities, a restaurant right in our neighborhood on the water, boat launches, golf course, tennis courts, junior Olympic size pool and more. You’ll love our place because of comfy beds, cozy fireside chats outside and large decks with hot tub and views of Lake Travis from just about every spot. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
1700 SQUARE FOOT DECK with HOT TUB has panoramic views of Lake Travis. Gather on the deck for lively conversation and to toast the sun as it sets over the lake and extending hill country.
Evenings are enjoyed down by the OUTSIDE FIREPLACE and patio where a fire welcomes s'mores and more.
The large sectional sofa in the MOVIE ROOM provides a great movie going experience watching the 65" flatscreen TV. The movie room is a 6th bedroom that sleeps at least two on the trundle bed.
The master bedroom has an in-suite LARGE MASTER BATHROOM with a separate shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. The master bedroom also has a balcony that faces the lake which gives the feeling of being high in the trees like a tree house.
Upstairs is an additional living space set up with an additional entrance from the deck. This space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room and a kitchen that has a full size refrigerator, microwave and sink. The double doors that lead to the deck from the upstairs living room showcase stunning views of Lake Travis.

Our community has a private park with a sometimes BEACH when the water levels dip low, basketball court, children's playground and boat ramps. There is also the Point Venture Golf Course which boasts as one of the best 9 hole courses in the state. Point Venture has a Junior Olympic swimming pool, workout facility and tennis courts. And of course there is The Gnarly Gar, our very own floating restaurant right in our neighborhood.

Outside Fireplace regulations:
Cooking and warming fires are allowed. Fires are allowed with specific stipulations.
•If you’ve moved furniture, please move it back.
•Remove sheets & pillowcases only that were used during your stay and place them in the laundry area. Leave comforters & blankets on the beds.
•Put the used kitchen and bath towels in the laundry area but not on top of sheets.
•Wash, dry & put all of your clean dishes back in the kitchen cabinets.
•If the charcoal grill or outside fireplace was used, please clean and dispose of all used charcoal or ashes in trash bags and place in the garbage cans.
•Place garbage bags in the outside garbage containers. Pick up all outside trash. Please take the garbage cans to the top of the driveway. Monday is trash day- even on holidays.
•White Key Card returned.
•Technology returned to original configurations.
•In winter, leave the thermostat at 55 degrees and in summer at 85 degrees.
•Turn down heat in hot tub to 80 degrees.
HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED - Rental Guest understands that Host will accept families, married couples and responsible adults. Guests should be at least 25 years of age or over, and must be the one making the reservation. Guest(s) agree that more than the number of people stated on the agreement (maximum # is 12) shall not be allowed on the premises. If our home is occupied by more than the number of people stated (12), it will result in loss of total rent, security deposit and/or additional charges to guest’s credit card. Occupancy in use of premises shall not be such as to disturb or offend neighbors. The use of fire arms or fireworks is strictly prohibited. Guest(s) certify that they have read carefully the limitations placed on the number of persons permitted to occupy the premises, quiet hours, parking regulations and agree to abide by such limitations: if not, Guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property which will result in loss of total rental and security deposits with no refund.
We are Texans and love Lake Travis. We have been making memories on Lake Travis for over 30 years. We think this is heaven on earth!
