Family friendly activities abound in the summer with easy access to the Lakes Basin Bike Path. You'll love the instant access to mountain biking, skiing and hiking right from the doorstep. The living area has great views to the east and the complex is close to the free town shuttle stop with easy access to the Village. Bridges is one of the few true ski-in/ski-out in Mammoth with access to Eagle Lodge (closing 4/23/17). Note: I am off grid until 07-16. Bookings are still accepted.

Well laid out condo on the second floor of the Bridges complex. Covered parking keeps your vehicles free from the snow. Full kitchen is equipped to cook and entertain. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath. The second bath is communal to the main living area. A large covered deck offers al fresco dining in the summer as the sun sets on the White Mountains.

Full access to the unit including laundry, closets, kitchen cabinets and ski locker located just across from the entry.
Access to the Bridges can be challenging in the winter. Even if the streets in town are dry, the elevation of the condo and Bridges Ln are quite high on the mountain and the road conditions can be much different. Please be prepared with adequate chains or snow tires. Parking on the streets in Mammoth Lakes is illegal during the winter as it makes snow removal difficult and dangerous.

This location is fabulous for views, close to town center, easy covered parking, and right next to the forest. The unit is spacious and bright with 2 very large sliding doors to a big deck where the view is, with seating for 6 including a full sized table to eat on in the deck area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. The appliances are a little dated but fully functional. We had 3 staying in this unit in September and had a wonderful time. There are many ski racks just inside the door and a wood stove so staying in the winter would be great as well.

This was an amazing place to stay. The views were incredible from both the front room and master. The parking is very easy - in a garage with an elevator, which makes it easy to load and unload in the snow. The ski in and ski out feature was convenient and definitely an added bonus. Rooms are large - this was more space than we've ever had in a Mammoth condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. And finally, Katherine was very helpful and easy to work with. We loved our stay and will be back!

Great location for ski-in, ski-out (Eagle Lodge). Spa / hot tub close to the unit - perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain! If you're expecting snow, make sure you bring snow chains or have a 4 wheel drive vehicle!
