There is a portable play pen in the bedroom closet and wooden highchair that we can make available if needed. The iron is in the laundry room below the bedroom.
The bathroom has an original clawfoot soaker bath tub that has been modernized with a new rainshower head.
We have created a walking map of 4 Fredericton craft breweries (Picaroons, Red Rover, Gray Stone and Trailway). It is a 8km route with a 3 brewery option that is 5.7km. The directions are in the House Manual printed in the apartment.

We have been AirBnB fans sine 2014 and stayed in places all over the world! We have also started to host in 2016.
The back of our house was made into an apartment in 2014 for our son and wife. After they bought a house, we decided to rent the space on AirBnB. We live in the front of the house, so are always close by if something comes up. We leave our guests unattended though unless they have a request.
