Welcome to our modern apartment for 3! We are only a 5 minute walk from Shin-Osaka station, Umeda (6 min), Shinzaibashi (13min), and to Namba (15 min) without subway any transition. Additionally, there is easy access to Dontonbori, Universal Studio Japan, Kyoto, and Kobe! Our room has free WIFI and we also provide basic amenities which will provide you with a comforble stay. There is also a coin laundry available on 1F of the apartment. Our apartmnet is suitable for travellers, and businessman!

· We have created a Welcome Guide to ensure your smooth and pleasant stay in Osaka. This includes: directions from Osaka's airports, specific directions from the nearest train station to our place, information on how to use the appliances in our home and our personal recommendations for exploring Osaka!
· You can contact us through the Airbnb messaging system at any time during your stay, we can always be of your assistance in case of emergency since we live nearby.
Please do not smoke inside the property.
Please make sure all lights and appliances (air conditioner, heater, gas for stove) and faucets are turned off when you leave the property.
Please lock the door and keep the key when no one is present. If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them in.
We ask that you keep the noise level down during your stay, especially in the evenings. We have very nice neighbours and we want to be respectful in return. Please NO parties.
Please be extra careful when near windows or using the balcony, especially on higher floors. We will not be held responsible should any accidents occur due to guests' carelessness.
Using Extra Linens and Towels
Our apartment provides fresh, professionally dry cleaned linens and towels for all guests upon check-in. Please understand that as we are not a hotel, we will not be providing new towels during your stay. Any extra towels and linen you find stored in the property are prepared for the next guest’s use. Since we would not be able to replenish in time for the next guest’s checkin if all those linens are used up, we would like to ask you to be considerate and not touch the extra linens in the property.
Extending Your Stay
Please let us know as early as possible if you would like to make any changes to your reservation dates. Please let us know at least 2 days before your checkout date if you would like to extend your stay. (Eg. If you are checking out at 10am on Feb 3rd, please tell us by 23:59 of Feb 1st).
Please take off your shoes at the entrance of our home. This is a common practice in most homes and temples in Japan.
Shortening Your Stay
If you would like to shorten your reservation, NO REFUND will be given if the request is made less than 7 days before Check-In day. (Requests made earlier are acceptable).
