Hi Amanda! First of all, the list you sent us early the next morning was sent as an FYI, not as something you asked for any resolution to. We appreciate you doing that so we did not charge you for any damaged property. Secondly, there was nothing that said you are not allowed to change the temperature of the home (we just ask that you turn it back to 72 when you leave so that the system does not freeze up). We did not know that it was an issue. We have since added window units to the upstairs to help with the temperature. We could have easily fixed this for you had we known. As with any Airbnb, we provide supplies for your stay. Anything above and beyond that is always the guests' responsibility or simply reach out and ask for more. Parking and areas for pets is not something that we can control (for obvious reasons). Just because a place is pet friendly (which all of ours are...many others in town are not) does not mean that we have a big fenced in backyard and I'm shocked that you would think that. Please be a better communicator with hosts in the future and don't send FYIs but not actual concerns you have. That helps no one.
