This location has beautiful, quiet, historic streets. Located blocks from local bars, restaurants, & coffee shops. The location is blocks from the Ferry, which travels to the heart of the Quarter & drops you off at the top of Canal St. We are 2 blocks from the Levee which has a great running/biking trail & is an active person or dogs dream. Spacious backyard with a spacious porch as well as board games for fun nights in. Great for couples, kids, and pets. License #17STR-05032

3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 130 year old historic duplex. You will have a lovely front porch, spacious back yard with porch, gas grill, hammock bed, and fun welcoming neighbors. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. One room with a king, one with a Queen and share a bathroom located in the center of the hall. The downstairs room has adult bunk beds (two full beds) and has its own bathroom located just past the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom is a traditional shotgun bedroom. The room has doors for privacy and there is a side entrance to the house so that you dont have to walk through the downstairs bedroom. All rooms come with a TV. Extra amenities include phone chargers, hair dryers, complementary coffee & basic shower needs (shampoo etc) and a back up stroller for the kiddos. There is also ample free street parking and several fun places within walking distance, including the French Quarter. We live less than a block away so don’t hesitate to ask for anything.

One year after the French Quarter was established (1718), Algiers Point was founded. This makes it the second-oldest neighborhood in the city. The Algiers Ferry, which is located just 3 blocks from our house, leaves every 30 minutes to ferry people directly into the Quarter. The levee has an amazing unobstructed view of the whole city including the St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square. The house is in the center of our three local bars and a few restaurants. Hello there. We are Chris and Carley. We are a couple who bought a duplex in Algiers and now want to share it with you! We are a fun outgoing couple who LOVE New Orleans, food, and fun. Chris is an Engineer for the State and I (Carley) am a medical sales rep.
