Hi Alanah. I'm sorry to hear you had so many issues. As mentioned, there is no free shuttle. We offer complimentary airport pickup / dropoff by personal driver for guests who stay for over a week. Considering the amount of guests that showed up (5) and the limited stay, we offered a paid pickup / dropoff for a bigger vehicle which you refused. This is the fee for a personal driver and as you mentioned, cabs are much cheaper. We did bring you up more towels and washcloths which you accepted with a smile. If you needed more, it would have been great for us to know. We did come up and fix the TV and we are looking into the wifi. Also, we did not know there was an issue with the property upgrades. Water shutting off, we also looked into. Sometimes this happens beyond our control. I'm making note of the plunger and cord situation.
A few issues we had with you as well:
• extremely loud noise up til 3am in the night with guests on the balcony talking, yelling and cursing loudly. despite sending messages, and even knocking on the door, the noise did not cease. instead a young man asked us: "well, is anyone else complaining"? which was not considerate.
• excessive weed smoking. we don't mind if guests smoke but we should not be smelling it throughout the entire property.
• the apartment was left a mess. blunt guts, wrappers, etc everywhere. dishes, food left out. bathrooms were pretty disgusting and we understand now with the plunger issue. we did provide a working plunger and sorry it broke while you were using it.
Overall like you said, there were some perks. We enjoyed having you, felt you were sweet overall and the gentlemen with you seemed polite. We did appreciate the detailed communication and flexibility and still welcome you back anytime.
