This home is perfectly located in upscale La Jolla just three miles north of Mission Bay and Beach. There's fun for everyone within just a few miles of this home.
The living room has a comfortable grey sofa facing a stunning tiled open fireplace and a wicker chair facing a wall-mounted flatscreen TV (with cable, Netflix streaming, and a Blu-ray/DVD/VHS player) on the adjacent wall. Please note that the fireplace is intended to be decorative and is not operational. Seating for every guest is available among the bistro table for two, the dining room table for six, and the countertop bar for two.
With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen makes meals a snap. Along with all the major appliances, you'll also have a microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware and dishes.
All three bedrooms (two have king beds and one has a queen bed) have French doors leading to the relaxing backyard patio. Two full bathrooms and a washer and dryer are available for your convenience as well as WiFi.
There's no doubt you'll spend plenty of time lounging on the beach from this vacation rental, but San Diego and La Jolla have plenty of great adventures for all ages. Balboa Park offers the San Diego Zoo, plenty of enticing museums, and more and is just 13 miles away. Shopping and dining at Seaport Village and Gaslamp Quarter are just 12 miles away. But you don't need to go far from this home as the Village of La Jolla is just three miles north and numerous shops and eateries are just steps behind the house.
From surfing to shopping and everything in between, this modern La Jolla rental will bring your vacation all the comforts of home for a perfect beach getaway.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
