Set north of San Diego in beautiful Encinitas, you'll find this hip town offers a quieter, more intimate beach getaway while still being close to everything from shopping districts to Sea World.
The middle level houses the main living area, including a welcoming living room, a full kitchen (with everything from major appliances to a microwave and dishwasher), a dining area with a large table for six, and a private office. Watch movies and your favorite shows on Direct TV or Roku that's attached to the 80-inch flatscreen TV in the living room.
Two bedrooms and one full bathroom are located on this level, and downstairs offers another bed in the great room and a second full bathroom. From this level you can access the spacious oceanview patio to sit and watch the tide roll in while sipping your morning coffee, or grill up fresh seafood on the gas BBQ.
The top level is compromised of a vast master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite full bathroom, access to a private balcony, and a rooftop terrace. With four bedrooms and a sofabed, all 10 guests have a comfortable place to rest after each day's thrilling activities.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
