It is 10 minutes from Dublin Airport, 5 miles to the City Centre which takes approximately 30 minutes by bus.
The apartment is suitable for solo travellers, friends, couples and business travellers.

My apartment has everything you need for a relaxing weekend away; it is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with an extremely comfortable couch.
If you have time, you are welcome to browse through some of my favourite books on art, music, photography and Irish history but please treat with love and care.

During your stay I am contactable by phone or through the Air Bnb App for emergencies.
On occasion, I am away myself in which case, a person known to me will check you in and be your point of contact during your stay.

***NOTE ON WASHING MACHINE: It is advisable to guests staying less than 3 nights not to use the washing machine as the apartment does not have a dryer. Clothes are dried on a clothes horse in the apartment. If you are staying for a period of one or two nights, it is important that you are aware of this as you clothes If necessary there is a laundry service available within five minutes walk that opens Monday to Saturday from 9am - 6pm.
***NOTE ON PARKING: You can avail of free parking for a maximum of two days but you will need to arrange this with me beforehand to have your car registration number registered with the property management company. Ask host for details. Sometimes all the visitors spaces are full and in which case you avail of paid parking locally for 3 euros daily/ 10 euros weekly. Please contact your host for further details.
My apartment is very well maintained, I would like my guest to remove their shoes on entering the apartment.
The kitchen may be used during the day to prepare tea/coffee/snacks, please make sure to clean up after yourselves by washing and putting everything away.
You are very welcome to sit at the dining table in the living area to eat, please do not consume food in your room.
The apartment building is very quiet and the property management company are strict on noise levels after 11pm.
In the event that you lose or misplace your keys, a replacement fee of €60 per set will be charged.
In the interest of conserving our environment, please switch off lights and switches that are not in use.
On checking out, please leave all used towels in the basket provided and if you are staying more than one night, please dispose of your waste in the waste disposal area.
Lastly, please remember to turn the heating off on your way out.
