we truly understand that this was an unpleasant experience for you, but there was no other way we could have found a better solution since we didn't know the exact number of guests in advance. I understand even you didn't know the exact number of guest from the beginning. Had we known you were more than 10 we would have tried to find another house big enough for all of you. Be sure that there was no bad intention from our side , nor had we anything to gain from this situation, as we wish for our guests to be happy throughout their stay... We value your being straightforward with us. From now on it will be more clear that the capacity we refer on the platform means that that is the maximum capacity of the house and there can be no more extra guests.
