My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers.
My home is a 54-square meter 2 bedroom condominium unit located in a prime area near malls, supermarkets, dining establishments, convenience stores, banks, schools, churches, business districts, entertainment establishments, and public transport. It is on the 27th floor which will give you a breathtaking view of the sunrise.
The unit is furnished. The living room has a sofa set that can seat five people and 32-inch TV with cable TV. The dining table can seat four and the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a gas range, a range hood, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. Cookware and tableware are also provided. Essentials such as towels, drinking water, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes are provided in the bathroom and a water heater is installed for the shower. The master's bedroom has a double bed with drawers and a closet. The second bedroom has a single bed with a pull out single bed. Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit each.

The 2-bedroom unit is for private use. Guests may access the whole unit including the dining room, kitchen, living room, toilet and bath, 2 bedrooms and balcony. It is perfect for couples and business travelers.
Guests may also access common areas such as the atrium, deck, and lobby.
The pools, may be accessible to guests on certain days only and corresponding fees must be paid to the condominium property management (as per condominium policies).
In order to make your stay a pleasant experience, please follow the house rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
KEEP THE PLACE AS YOU’VE FOUND IT: CLEAN AND ORDERLY.
•Do not leave trash in the hallways, doorways, and other common areas. Trash bins for biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes will be provided. Please segregate garbage accordingly. You may dispose the segregated garbage at the designated area on Basement 1 at your most convenient time.
•No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads, toilet paper, or any other material may be flushed down the toilet.
SMOKING, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND/OR ACTIVITIES, OR ANY KIND OF WEAPON ARE PROHIBITED.
•No smoking inside the unit and at the balcony. Smoking in common areas are also not allowed. The designated smoking area is near the drop-off area of the condominium.
ONLY FOUR (4) GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE UNIT.
•You may receive visitors in the unit, but we would prefer that you entertain them at the lobby instead.
•Your visitors cannot stay in the unit overnight.
•PARTIES and EVENTS are NOT ALLOWED in the unit.
•Keep the noise level at a minimum. There should be respect for the silence to the other guests/residents, especially after 10 p.m.
•Pets are prohibited in the unit.
USE OUR HOME AND EVERYTHING IN IT WITH CARE.
•You will be held responsible for any damages or loss caused to our property by your acts or omissions, default, accident or neglect. You will be charged at replacement prices.
USE, NOT ABUSE
•Before you leave the unit, please make sure to switch off and unplug the appliances except for the refrigerator. Turn off the A/C, lights, gas valve, and taps as well when not in use or before leaving. This is to keep the place safe as well as to avoid high electric bill.
•PAY FOR WHAT YOU USE. To prevent possible abuse we have a limit on how much electricity we include. When you check in, you will be shown the meter reading for the electricity. You will be allowed to consume 10kwh/night. Any kwh in excess will be charged to you upon check out (kwh in excess x current rate).
OBSERVE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Barbecuing is not allowed in the unit.
•Make sure that all windows and the balcony door are closed. Lock the main door before leaving.
•You are responsible for your belongings. Do not leave your things unattended when you’re in the common areas. Keep your valuables with you when you leave the unit.
•The house key must be surrendered upon check-out. You shall be charged Php 1000 for every lost key.
FOLLOW THE CONDOMINIUM POLICIES.
•Guests are only allowed to use the pools on certain days and with a corresponding fee. You may use the pools only from Tuesday to Thursday. Pools are closed on Mondays, and they are exclusively for residents use only from Friday to Sunday and holidays. A fee of P224 per guest must be paid to the Property Management of the condominium. Their office is at Basement 1.
•Do not hang/air dry clothes at the balcony.
•No smoking in common areas such as the lobby, deck, pool area, playground, and hallways.
•Penalty fees for condominium policy violations committed by the guests will be shouldered by the guests.
