3 - NIGHT RENTAL MINIMUM

1. Check-in time is 4 pm and Check-out is 11 am.
2. This is a NON-Smoking unit.
3. PETS of any kind are not permitted in rental unit no matter how well behaved.
4. Deposit – Deposit of $300 is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents.
b. No animals (pets) & no smoking. A $300 fee plus damages will be assessed for each offense.
c. All garbage is placed in dumpsters, all soiled dishes are cleaned and a load of towels is started. See #3 below.
d. The entry key must be returned to lock box. The pool key and extra keys must be left on the key hook @ front door. Lost keys: $75 replacement fee/key.
e. No linens or other condo contents are missing or damaged.
f. Late check-outs may be charged an extra day.
g. The renter does not cause any disturbances to the local residents.

(2-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTALS OKAY)

1. Maximum Occupancy – Limited to four (4) persons.
2. DAILY CLEANING – Not included but is available @ $45/hour.
3. CLEANING – If property is left in a messy condition that requires additional cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $45.00 will be assessed.
4. PARKING - Our unit is assigned one covered parking spot #9.

Clean and comfortable. Great location conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Spacious unit with comfortable beds. Some noise from occupants in upstairs unit walking around and also the loud a/c unit. Would definitely stay here again. Love the self check-in.

Lovely, contemporary townhouse nestled in the Catalina Foothills of Tucson. Great amenities in the home, as well as on the property (pool, spa, tennis court, outdoor grills, etc.). Super decor throughout the home and all the little extras that you might need. Gorgeous back patio with incredible mountain views. Mary, the host, was easily reached by text. Ideal location close to shops, dining, golf, and all the best of Tucson.

Perfect location on the foothills. The condo is very nicely decorated and furnished. The pool/spa a great treat after a day hiking g or sightseeing.

Mary's place was such a pleasurable place to stay. The pool--our main attraction--was perfectly heated and very close walking distance to the condo. The parking space was right outside the condo door, which we appreciated with our small child. We were surprised by and loved the tennis courts, and Mary provided raquets and balls. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked with the essential staples. There were plenty of towels for the pool, and extra bedding. The view from the deck was delightful. Mary was extremely responsive to our questions by text. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we'd love to stay there again the next time we visit our family in Tucson.

This place is perfect -- clean, cute, great location near the hills and plenty of shopping. And fully stocked. We loved it and would come again in a heartbeat. Mary's great too!

Perfect for us. After a rather hassle-filled Christmas it was wonderful to come spend a restful New Year's in this quiet, clean, convenient condo with a lovely view of the mountains from the back deck. Check-in and -out were easy, a large shopping center was in easy walking distance but not noisy at all, the beds were comfy and the towels fluffy, and we had several nice mornings drinking coffee on the deck and watching the birds and wild bunnies.
