Conveniently situated in the prestigious and unique beachside suburb of Mermaid Beach, our large and inviting, freshly renovated beach home is newly furnished to create the perfect seaside vacation experience.
The home is a great entertainer for adults, children and your family pets. A cool and modern beachy feel is experienced as soon as you walk in the front door with loads to offer 2-3 families or up to 14 friends, who can enjoy the peace and comfort of this large spacious home.

Property Overview:
(Upper level)

The Upper level incorporates two separate lounge areas, a bar/kitchenette with stools for 11 guests with a separate TV area to keep the kids happy and occupied.

The main king bedroom has a walk-in robe and is large enough to accommodate a cot if required.

The other 2 upstairs bedrooms both have Queen size beds and built-in robes.

A bathroom and second toilet are also on this floor in addition to the main bedroom en-suite.

The downstairs bedroom provides a quality double loft bunk with comfortable sleeping for 4, a room the kids will absolutely love.

Open plan living is perfect for entertaining with both indoor and outdoor alfresco BBQ dining options.

Children can occupy themselves with Netflix and WiFi on a 55" LED TV.

There is also a study desk and chair.

A large laundry with washing machine and dryer.

A double lock-up garage with remote entry. There is ample off street parking for a total of 5 cars.

When booking, please advise us of the exact number of guests so we can arrange your preferred bedding configurations and attend to linen and cleaning requirements.

As this is a luxury beachside property, located in a quiet residential suburb, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum and observe the Gold Coast City Council residential "Quiet-time" from 10pm - 8am.

Parties, functions or late night entertaining is not permitted. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in forfeit of bond.

The property is not a 'party house' and we strictly exclude bookings for Bucks, Hens, Weddings and any commercial/non commercial events.

-Albatross Avenue is a quiet street. We have very nice neighbours and only take guests who agree to respect them and observe the residential area "quiet time" from 10pm to 8am.
- Check-in is after 2pm
-Max Guests 14.
- Please refer to placards placed throughout the home for additional instructions.
- Pets allowed on request with Owner approval. An additional Pet Fee of $75/pet will apply to the stay. Limit of 2 pets.
- Smoking Permitted outside ONLY
- Key loss surcharge $100
- Garage remote loss surcharge $200
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with conditions. Breaches of conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond and/or immediate termination.
-The most important house rule is that all guests are comfortable and thoroughly enjoy themselves!

Great location!! Across the street from a great cafe, surf club, and the beach. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. Will definitely want to stay here again!!

This home was ideal for 4 generations of our family to come together to celebrate a wedding anniversary. It was close to the beach and had ample room for the family to find spaces to talk, read, cook and sleep. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the opportunity to share a weekend together.

The house was very comfortable and Kim was friendly and informative during our exchange over email pre-checkin. Situated near the beach and across BSKT cafe (read awesome coffee). You enjoy the benefits of being in a quiet neighbourhood and the convenience of restaurants, shops, gym, and malls, and great coffee being nearby. My group of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Great house. The layout was a little strange but it really does make sense once you have lived there. Really enjoyed our time and it was in the best location. Easy to get to restaurants, shops, beach. Take a bike, Albatross Ave has great riding tracks and it really is the way to get around. Plenty of parking at the house, you won't need the car once you are there!
