This home has it all. 4,250 square feet and has a multiple living areas inside, two dining areas, and an amazing back yard. Complete with a deck overlooking the pool, paved patio area for large BBQs, outdoor kitchen with built-in gas grill. The backyard also features a putting green and cabin that was built in the 1800s that we converted to a poker cabin complete with poker table and beer fridge. At night, overhead string lights make the yard a perfect setting for hanging out.
Our 4200 sq ft home has plenty of room for everyone! The backyard has a pool and putting green along with an outdoor barbecue. There is also a poker cabin where you can enjoy some after hours drinks/games without disturbing anyone in the house. The house has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a playroom (which converts to a 5th bedroom), separate movie room, breakfast nook, HUGE kitchen and much more!
Do you have kids? No problem! This space is perfect. We have a crib that can be converted and lots of toys for toddlers. Plenty of space in the backyard for kids to run around and swing on the rope swing!

The City of Austin has new neighborhood rules: QUIET TIME starts at 10:30PM until 8:30AM the next day. Please respect the neighbors.
Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules below at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
1. Smoking is allowed outside only. Do NOT put out your cigarettes on the furniture; there is a ash tray available for use.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:30p.m. – 8:30a.m. Please respect the neighbors.
4. All of the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and are only allowed outside and on the sun porch and Pet Addendum must be completed.
8. Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in driveway and in front of the house only.
9. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We have beach towels for use. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house.
11. Pool: No children under the age of 6 permitted in pool without adult supervision. The owners will not be held liable for any injury caused while using the pool. Use at your own risk. Our pool service replenishes chemicals and cleans debris in pool every week. The pool cover should remain closed while smaller children are playing in the yard.
12. The fireplace should NOT be used under any circumstance.
13. The stairs were designed in 1947 and are easy to fall down if not careful. Because of this, we recommend not wearing socks in the house but rather barefoot or shoes.
14. Checkout time is 11am sharp unless otherwise agreed upon.
15. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
