My place is close to the airport and public transport. You’ll love my place because of the views, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids). My place is near Oistins and not far from St. Lawrence Gap. Several restaurants and night clubs are close by. The pool area is private just steps from the beach.

The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures, clean and had all modern conveniences in it. Easy access to public transport as it is situated on the main road, and very close to the supermarket and convenience shops, even better it's close to the fish fry venue and a few minutes away by taxi to St.Lawrence Gap and other hangouts and restaurants. The host Peter; the building manager and other staff were all pleasant and courteous. I would definitely recommend this condo to any one and I would most certainly stay here again.

The location was very good. You could walk to Oistins -- a fishing village with lots of local culture and a grocery store or you could easily grab one of those fast-moving forms of transportation to Dover Beach or St. Lawrence Gap which seemed to cater to more of the typical tourist. It is a great choice for a family who doesn't want a typical "tourist package" but wants to reach out into the Barbados culture a bit more by going to dinner to small, local restaurants, participating in the fish festival in Oistins, and shopping for groceries among the people who live in Barbados. The building was beautiful, clean, and had a full-time security guard (all of who were very friendly and helpful) and had locked entrances so we felt very safe in and around the building. The unit itself was well equipped with kitchen items -- toaster, blender, coffeemaker, etc. The washer and dryer were a nice touch. The bathrooms were very nice, bedrooms and living area very clean and certainly spacious enough for four people. The balcony was a great extension to the living area. The pool area was great and with the sand beach being a few steps away, you had the best of both worlds. There was always a place to sit at the pool--not too crowded at all. It was great that we could take the lounge chairs to the beach--make sure you return them back to the pool area when finished. The unit looks exactly like the pictures with a great view! Peter, the property manager was very, very timely in his response both prior and during the stay. He checked in with us early in our stay to ensure all was good. If we ever return to Barbados, we would certainly stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful time at #201 Maxwell Beach Villas! The apartment was perfectly located, bus right out front and a 10 minute walk to Massey grocery store (food here is expensive, btw so plan your meals accordingly). The apartment was clean, well appointed with everything we needed for our week long stay. It was quiet and relaxing during our visit but sound between the apartments does travel so be aware when playing music etc. So that you don't disturb other guests/residents. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable if a little firm for my liking. Bathrooms were perfect in size with a lovely big bath in the ensuite which we didn't end up using but it looked very inviting. The grounds were kept very clean and the staff were always very accommodating and friendly. The pool area was lovely to lounge in and the pool itself was very clean and a nice change from the gorgeous beach right outside the apartment. We were never bothered by vendors although we did see one guy selling something but he moved on very quickly, understanding that it was a private residence. The apartment was cleaned by maids during our stay while we were out which was nice to come home to. We didn't once feel unsafe or worried about our belongings - there's a small safe to use but we had electronics left it while we were gone and never feared that they would go missing. Peter was a fantastic host. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and was wonderful to deal with the entire process. We would definitely recommend staying here.
