Second floor renovated apartment right on Kings Beach. Only steps away from the patrolled surf beach and a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, shopping centre and parks.
Culverston 6 has 2 bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and the second bedroom with twin beds and a trundle.
Large living areas including a lounge, dining and sitting area allow you to spread out. Sit and relax at the breakfast bar whilst watching the surfboard riders and pedestrians walk the boardwalk and beach.
The separate toilet, shower/bath and laundry are spacious with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.
Have a BBQ, sit by the pool or relax on the lawn above the stairs to the beach.
This complex is served by a lift which makes moving in a cinch.
A lock up garage is easily accessed so you can park you car and walk as everything you need is that close. Public transport to and from the area is walking distance.
No smoking is permitted inside or outside the unit.
Culverston is a renovated 1970's unit complex which means the units are big! It's position beachfront on Kings Beach gives you direct access to the boardwalk and magical views of the shipping channel and all it's activity.
