Alpine Helen is the tourist hot spot here in the Mountains of North GA. Visit us in the fall for the world’s longest running Oktoberfest. North GA is known for its Great trout fishing, tubing and wines. Visit Three Sisters, Frog Town, Wolf Mountain and Habersham Wineries just to mention a few.
Our cabin has easy access to all Helen has to offer and is a short walk (1/2 mile) for shopping, dining, bars, tubing and water Park. Come enjoy our cabin!!

Experience the best of the North Georgia Mountains by staying in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cabin with an outdoors hot tub. Room to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests, this home is the perfect size for a family mountain getaway.
The cabin comes with a fully furnished kitchen and bedding. All you need to bring is your personal items and food. We have cable tv and WiFi.

“ROAR OF THE WILDERNESS” - SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Wolfe Enterprise USA, LLC (“Homeowner”) and (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Minimum Age: Guest must be a minimum of 25 years of age at time of check-in date.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons, including children or infants.
3. Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 3 p.m. on the “Check-in Date” and ends at 11 a.m. on the “Checkout Date”. A minimum fee of $25 will be applied for any guest leaving the property later than 11 a.m. If check out is unreasonably late additional fees may apply from the housekeeper.
4. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods and events.
5. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
6. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
7. Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $200 is due on all rentals, no exceptions.
8. The deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 3-7 days (depending on your bank) of the Checkout Date provided no deductions are made due to:
Damage to the property or furnishings;
Dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
Any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
*If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.*
9. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date 50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
*Note: If reservation is booked less than 30 days prior to Check-in Date this cancellation policy still applies.
10. Payment: Acceptable payment method is through AirBNB unless otherwise approved.
11. ** A total of 15% Occupancy Tax (8% White Co & 7% State of GA) will be collected upon check in through the "AirBNB Resolution Center"

Exhibit A
RENTAL RULES
1. Rental guest agree to leave the rental property in the same condition of which it was found at the commencement of the stay and shall be responsible for any repair/replacement cost due to damage of the rental property or theft of any property during the rental period.
2. Guest shall not re-arrange furnishings during their stay and doing so may result in losing a portion of security deposit.
3. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors only and it is the renter’s sole responsibility to contain/dispose of butts/ashes properly. Do not throw butts off of the decks onto the lawn.
4. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
5. This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7. Parking: – Parking is limited to two vehicle(s) (Unless prior consent given). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units for tubing, water-park or any other reasons.
9. Fireplace: The fireplace is a propane gas fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. [Fireplaces are turned off from May-September]. The thermostat on the wall above the futon controls it. Please set to 65 when checking out.
10. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
11. Towels: We provide one bath towel per guest. If you intend to go to the water park, tubing or any other outdoor activity please bring your own beach towels. If it is determined that you have use our bath towels outside of the house you will be charged extra.
12. Septic: The Property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or condoms should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
13. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms.
