Beautiful home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on the free public bus route. Filled with art from local artist, makes this home a unique place to vacation.

Located at the end of a quiet Cul-De-Sac this hime backs up to open space. You can park your car when you arrive and never use it again until you’re ready to head home.

Only 15 minutes from Winter Park Ski resort and only 45 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park.

This is a Duplex building located in a quiet neighborhood.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a full bathroom, equipment closet with the washer and dryer. On the second floor you’ll find an open floor plan which includes the living, dining and kitchen areas. Also located on the second floor is the second full bathroom.

This unit has one flat screen 40” television located in the living room, basic cable, Netflix and wireless internet. We've filled the space with art by local artist, and lots of board games.

The western bedroom has a queen sized bed and a closet. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a full/futon seating on the bottom bunk and a twin mattress on the top bunk. Also located in the second bedroom is a queen size bed and small desk. The desk is great if you have a member of the family that needs to catch up on work, homework or likes to play on their laptop.

This unit sleeps seven, there is also an electric pump inflatable twin size bed with bedding if needed.

Unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig 2.0 hot coffee maker, stand mixer, blender, pots, pans, cooking utensils, French press.

The bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body gel.

The owners of this unit live in the other side of the duplex and the unit is well maintained and cleaned. This unit is not a party house, the owners request quiet after ten at night and minimal guests over.

We loved this little house so much! It's a perfect size for our family of 4. I love how the sleeping areas and living areas are separated and the home-y feel of the house. The location is perfect for Winter Park and we look forward to using this property again and again when we're in WP!

We appreciated the thoughtfulness, including snacks for the kids! The location was ideal since we had a wedding at Devil's Thumb Ranch. The beds were comfortable. The floorplan worked for our family needs. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described and stocked with plenty of everything you need for a great stay. Very clean neat, and convenient to Winter Park, Fraser and Granby. Will definitely stay hear again for sure!!!

Very cozy and comfortable house. Bedrooms are on the first floor and living room and kitchen on second. Two complete bathrooms (one on each floor), which was very nice. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Overall a great experience and stay. Thanks Philip!

This is a wonderful place in close proximity to many amenities throughout the Fraser Valley! It is clean, comfortable and unique. Two thumbs up!
