The ground floor has a great open plan floor space with a fully outfitted kitchen featuring all new modern appliances including a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. From here this fantastic space flows into the dining room with seating for 6 around a stunning wooden dining table.
The comfortable yet modern living room with two large sofas is a great space to kick back and relax. Here you’ll also find a large flat screen TV where you and your family or friends can spend time together and large sliding doors leading to your own private screened in porch. Adjacent to the living space you will find the first of 3 full bathrooms in addition to washer/dryer for your own convenience.
All guests staying at this fantastic home have access to the clubhouse, which boasts incredible facilities such as a cinema, pool tables, games room, volleyball courts, beach area, business center, gym, community pool and hot tub a short 2 minute walk from the home.
Bedroom 1 is the master outfitted with a Queen size bed complete with elegant bedside tables and wall mounted flat screen TV complete with en-suite.
In Bedroom 2 you will find a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and great closet space. This room is exceptionally comfortable and spacious.
Bedroom number 3 provides great flexibility for families with two twin beds and again ample closet space.
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have easy access to a shared bathroom on the upstairs landing.
Trafalgar Village is a great place for your family to enjoy a peaceful vacation while still being close to all the major attractions. Surrounded by a pretty conservation area and lake, this resort offers guests beautiful views and various nature activities that are sure to please visitors to the area. Guests are provided with many amenities and have access to the clubhouse that includes beach volleyball, a cinema, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and games room. This resort is definitely suited for the whole family.
Property Protection Premium: We offer a non-refundable Property Protection Premium of $69.00 (inclusive of tax) per property per booking which is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, payment of this fee ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $1,500 maximum). I understand that I am responsible for the cost of any damage sustained to the property or its contents, for breakages or for any excessive cleaning charges incurred during my stay. Any relevant costs (together with the cost of additional services requested) should be charged to my credit card as detailed below. I also understand that all IPG Homes are non-smoking, self catering units that do not allow any kind of pets unless the property description clearly states, “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $400.00 (plus tax) per pet would apply. Smoking in the
property will incur a fee of $400.
Maximum Occupancy: I undertake to ensure that the maximum occupancy of the property (2 per bedroom plus 2 if the property has a sofa bed) is not exceeded at any time and understand that failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.
Check Out: I, and the rest of my party, will be checking out of the villa by 10 am on the day of departure stated above except where a late check out is available and has been approved the day before departure by calling the office. I understand that if a late check out has not been approved and paid for as stated, I will incur a minimum charge of one nights accommodation at the prevailing rack rate. I understand that if the key(s)/garage remote issued is/are not returned to IPG on the day of departure, I will be charged $60 per key and/or $50.00 per remote.
Swimming Facilities: I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 21 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
