My place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of easy lake access to a quiet cove, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
Riviera waterfront is a beautiful Santa Fe style 3300 square foot home that features 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 family rooms, a wine cellar, an authentic kiva fireplace, a downstairs laundry room, outdoor fire pit and attached 2 car garage. Another unique and outstanding feature is the dumb waiter elevator to carry your groceries from downstairs directly up and in to the pantry. Here, you can spend time as a group but still have ample space to relax at the end of each fun-filled day.
Upstairs, you'll find the main master suite, a walk-in wine room, a family / dining room with amazing lake views, and a kitchen and wet bar fully equipped with cooking and dining essentials with a large walk in pantry and dumb waiter. Walk out onto the newly built deck and experience beautiful views of Canyon Lake. Downstairs, you'll find a second king master suite, 2 more bedrooms each with bunks and perfect for kids, an additional family room with pool table and a large utility room with refrigerator & microwave. The two family rooms, allow the kids to have their own space, which is great when the adults of the group are wanting to spend time together enjoying the views from upstairs.
Maximum occupancy is 12 and children are welcome.
No smoking or pets are allowed on this property.

We live 45 minutes south of the house and we have a full time local care taker available to deal with any issues quickly.
- 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. 2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are NOT allowed. 7. Parking: Parking is limited to __4__ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home. 10. [Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.] 11. [Water and Septic: The [property] is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. Do not pour any grease in to the garbage disposal. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, or grease has been put down the garbage disposal, you could be charged damages of up to __$500__.] 12. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. We do not refund due to road conditions.
- There is a $500 deposit required to book and this will be refunded 14 days after check out provided there is not any damage or items taken from the property.
