Coming to Raleigh for an NCSU event? My place is close NC State campus, shopping, Carter Finley stadium (NCSU Fball), PNC Arena (NCSU bball, Carolina Hurricanes), and downtown Raleigh.
There are other AirBnB rooms in the unit, so there is a chance others will be staying there as well. All of the rooms have door locks, cotton sheets and towels, as well as allergen-blocking pillows. Wifi. Attached private bathroom.
The condo has 4 bedrooms each with an attached private bath. The other rooms are listed, so there is a chance that other guests will be staying as well. All of the rooms have door locks.
The room has a queen sized bed with high-quality cotton sheets and allergen-blocking pillows.

I'm an early 30's professional working in IT Sales. I don't feel like I get the most use out of the 4 bedroom condo I own, so I've opened it up for travelers. The place isn't huge, but everything you need is there.
It's in a large apartment complex with mostly college students and young people. It's occasionally rowdy on weekends, but for the most part, pretty quiet.
As for me, I'm happy to fill guests in on where to eat or drink. If I'm free, I may just go have a beer myself. Most times (weekdays especially), I won't be around much. Between working and the rest of life, I don't spend much time at the place.
There are some amenities that guests are welcome to. The pool is closed for the season, but if you are into basketball or sand volleyball, those courts are wide open for use.
Feel free to message me with any questions.
