All areas of the upper unit (B), are available for use, except for the closet in the back bedroom with full bed. A space is provided for clothes to be hung in lieu of the closet. Parking available on the concrete slab in the rear of the house (side opposite the fence), which can be accessed via alley entrance on Crumley Street.

- Should you identify any damages or needed repairs to the property, it must be reported in writing via email to (EMAIL HIDDEN) within 4 hours of arrival at the property.
- Limitation on liability. Under no legal theory, tort, contract, strict liability, or otherwise, shall the rental property owner/manager be liable to you or any other person for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including arising out of or relating to this agreement or your rental. In no event will the rental property owner/manager be liable for any damages in excess of the amounts actually paid by you in connection with this agreement, even if the rental property owner/manager shall have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
