With your entry, I should you the building and all Heating, and Hot-Tub Operation.
Also, should you need any assistance, it was stated to call with my provided Cell Phone.
Should no power, heat, water, call no matter what time of day or night & I will respond.
Kitchen Circuit Breaker:
I responded within 10 minutes [maybe 15 minutes] of your called in Circuit Breaker Trip Issue for resetting-left my breakfast at Rutland to go there.
This call was recorded on my cell phone of this immediate response.
Kitchen Area Updated:
The Kitchen Refrigerator [new] replaced about 4-5 months ago.
Kitchen Stove is less than a year, and the Microwave is about 3 weeks replaced.
Receipt copy can be provided [kept for warranty].
I purchased for the Owner a week prior to your arrival. "Bed / Bath & Beyond" recite copy can also be provided. Replaced 12 of 16 beddings [your the first usage]
Your scheduled Sunday check-out was on Sunday. Most occupants leave between 10 and 11 am.
Occupants don't usually use the Hot-Tub while trying to pack/depart especially with children.
Should you of called me that while you were using the Tub, the water was dirtied and required new water, I could of done that immediately there after [that night] prior to morning. It takes 6 hours to re-heat 420 gallons.
To simple call me, I would of performed this service during the night without disturbing the group.
I wasn't aware that there was a late check-out, its OK.
When notified the ladies notified me that morning, I started its replacement.
Perhaps some simple communication to this service could of avoided any issues.
FYI, when nearly completed, a member of your party stated your intent of leaving with 30 minutes.
I do my best for the owner, and also stay out of the way of guest privacy.
In all the years of working for this building & others, its a bad hurt to hear this considering the response I provide-better than the owners competitors.
