The apartment is in Little Italy, a must-visit area of NYC. It is surrounded by top-rated restaurants, convenience stores, designer clothing stores, etc. Just a block away from SOHO, and Chinatown. Multiple Metro stations are just a couple of minutes away, making it easy to get to other landmarks of NYC. The room is comfortable, clean, and homy. The neighborhood is busy and very well-secured. So you can feel safe even coming home late. Enjoy New York City in the day and feel like home at night!
You will be staying in a PRIVATE room. This is my own bedroom but since I travel a lot for work during the week, it is available in those days. You will have freshly cleaned bedsheets, which I will switch on before I leave. Towels will be provided, so are slippers (two pairs). The apartment (not room!) is shared with one other female, who is a very friendly person. As this is a very busy neighborhood in NYC, it can get a bit noisy at night (a sacrifice for the fun during the day :). Therefore, ear plugs will be provided for an undisturbed sleep.
Disponible para huéspedes
You have access to the room, kitchen, living space, and the bathroom. Feel free to cook meals in the kitchen. Food for breakfast (milk, cereal, oatmeal, and eggs) can be shared with you upon request. Help yourself for coffee and tea! Please clean after yourself in case of cooking.
Atención a los huéspedes
I will probably be out of town during the stay, however, I am available via text to answer any questions you may have. My roommate is usually in the city, so you can also contact her for imminent help. The amount of interaction can be much or little, depends on your wish. We are fond of good conversations, but also keep to ourselves.

Hi! My name is Nuan. My hometown is Beijing, China. I came to the US after high school. Recently, I graduated from college, and moved to my dream city to started working. I LOVE traveling around the world - I've been to many countries in Asia, Europe, North and South America, and along my journey I have relied on Airbnb to find affordable and comfortable accommodation, as well as meeting great people all over the world. After settling down in New York and having my own little "home", I can't wait to become an Airbnb host and return my welcome to travelers from everywhere.
