It’s the first time I’m going to answer one of my evaluations as a host, I accept criticism, both good and bad, nobody is perfect and I less.
But I would like to clarify what happened that day.
Those people made a reservation at 8am and, at 9:30am I asked them what time they would come, to organize my day at work. (I can go to work at the time I want, but when I’ve to meet the schedule, so alwais ask arrival time or we agree, after more than 200 reservatios by airbnb is the first time I find a case so unpleasant). I didn’t get an answer, so I went to work. They didn’t tell me what time they where going to arrive. At 1pm I started reiceiving messages and calls to my phone. They were at the door of my house demanding that I was there, I explained that I was working and that I couldn’t to be there until 4pm, in any case I mentioned that I had things more important to do. They got angry and there not willing to give me those three hours of margin, I was so rushed that I asked a partner who speaks perfect English to deal for me, the guests were unpleasant with my partner, they shouted at him and spoke to him in a disrespectful way (all of this was at the door of my house so they were screaming in my street with all the neighbors). I called to airbnb to explain what was happening to me and the airbnb agent recommened that I cancel the reservation instantly, and that I did, in fact airbnb canceled it for me. I know these people found accommodation quickly because I still asked airbnb to inform me when it was fixed.
One thing I have very clear, I WILL NOT SHARE MY HOUSE WITH ANYONE, ANY PERSON, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, THAT DISRESPECT ME, THAT SHOUT ME, THAT SPEAK ME DISRESPECTFULLY OR IN AN UNPLEASANT WAY.
I would also like to clarify that I don’t have clients because I don’t sell services, what I do is share experiences and enjoy the people that come to my house.
