We now have drinking water from our refrigerator as we installed a filtration system (RO system). The entire community of Surfside has had water quality issues for years and unless there is a filtration system it is recommended that you don't drink the water.

Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old. Absolutely no large parties.
First and foremost, please treat our home as you would treat your own. This is our second home and we take pride in taking care of it. We are in a beach house community that welcomes small family and friend get togethers but absolutely no large parties. Our home is located in a community with HOA where deed restrictions are strictly enforced. Below are the house rules which must be followed otherwise violation of these rules and/or City of Surfside Beach Village ordinances will be considered breach of contract and cause for immediate eviction without any refunds.
1. If there is any damage on arrival or during your stay please let us know immediately. The earlier we know the easier it is to fix. Any damages incurred during your stay will be applied against your deposit.
2. Parking is only allowed in the driveway or underneath the house. The maximum vehicle limit is five. No parking anywhere else on the property or on our neighbors. This includes vacant lots. Towing is strictly enforced.
3. Unreasonable noise (heard from 100 feet away) is prohibited by city law and the police will issue citations.
4. No RVs, trailers or heavy trucks
5. The maximum number of guest allowed to stay at the house is 10.
6. No smoking inside the house. Please use the deck and clean up any butts or ashes.
7. Please do not leave windows or outside doors open for an extended period of time. The humid salt air is corrosive to anything metal inside the house and the AC will keep the house from being humid.
8. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please discard all waste in trash cans and not down the sink (there is no disposer as required by the city). We have a septic tank which will get backed up if not.
9. Only well behaved non−aggressive breed pets are allowed with a pet fee. No pets on the furniture.
