Welcome to beautiful Lake Tahoe. Our lovely condo is recently updated and tucked away in a quiet area on the mountain. Just a mile from the beach and a mile from the slopes, you will get to see and experience Tahoe's absolute best!

Master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Second bathroom is a full bath. Our condo is newly and comfortably furnished, with an electric fireplace, 2 new HD TVs and balcony for your morning coffee!

1.Smoking is allowed outside only.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3.Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced building quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
4.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
8.Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking is under the building, access is off Ski Way, under the building that says 333 Ski Way. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10.Incline Village Access: If you are staying over 6 nights you will be given access to the Incline Village amenities for a discount. When completing the rental registration, please give the names of each person staying in the unit. You will be given Incline Village access to beaches, recreation center, tennis center, golf courses, and all privileges that come with Incline Village. All amenities come with a fee, and this fee is not included in the rental rate.
•This includes admission to Incline Beach, Ski Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach and pool area for the guest admission for a fee.
•Boat ramp access at Ski Beach for a fee.
•Reduced rates for golf, ski, tennis, hunting, recreational programs and the Recreation Center, on a daily basis.
11.Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the back side of the building in a green receptacle.
14.Fireplace: The fireplace is an electric fireplace. Turn on with the wall switch, and always turn off when vacating the unit. You can adjust the temperature to what degree you would like it to be.
15.Thermostats: There is a separate thermostat in each room. You can adjust to what heat feels comfortable.
12.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms or heavy weather of any kind. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep and icy and snowy. All main roads to the complex are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
13.Check Out Policy: Please review the ‘Departure Policy’ on the bulletin board inside the unit. Due to the fact that there may be someone checking in the day that you depart, please make sure that you vacate the unit before 11:00 AM on your last day. This gives us enough time to clean the unit and make it as nice as when you arrived. Please leave the key in the box on the counter. To lock the door, just push the ‘lock’ icon in the center of the key pad.

Lovely condo with all the amenities. Robin the caretaker was extremely helpful. The welcome basket including a bottle of wine was a very thoughtful gesture. Would highly recommend this place and look forward to returning some time

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The manager-Robin- was extremely responsive to any request. The owner-Deni-went above and beyond in ensuring we were very happy with our stay. Deni is planning upgrades to the condo which will make this lovely place even better. We are planning a return trip next year.

Thanks for the hospitality. The place was well appointed and had everything we needed for a 3 day stay in Tahoe area. Nice welcome gift basket, and list of 'things to do and see' while we were there for the weekend.

What a hidden gem! Deni's place was close to the village and resorts, fully stocked and SO comfortable & quiet! It's bigger then the picture let on which was a nice surprise and the kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend in Tahoe. It was one of the more peaceful weekends I've had and I definitely plan to go back!

I am married to a wonderful man and we have 7 children between us. We live in Incline Village and travel quite a bit. We love the lake and the mountains, and just enjoy the fresh air and getting away from the traffic and craziness of the San Francisco bay area. We have traveled the world and have seen many beautiful places. But it has been said that Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places on earth, and we agree! We are excited to begin our Airbnb hosting, and hope that your experience at our place is a wonderful as we want it to be.
